iSuoChem's CPP resin (Full name: Chlorinated polypropylene, Chlorinated PP resin, CPP binder) is mainly available in two mainstream forms: powder and granules. A few factories also produce expanded materials (due to outdated technology, these are no longer recommended for export). In addition, some customers require CPP resin in solution form. Currently, iSuoChem can also provide CPP solutions.

Should you choose powdered or granular CPP resin?

From an application perspective, powdered CPP resin uses a steam desolventizing process, leaving no solvent residue and a water content of less than 0.5%. Its biggest advantage is its fast dissolution speed, making it suitable for customers with fast production cycles who need to quickly prepare inks.

Granular CPP resin is produced using a screw desolventizing process, leaving almost no solvent residue. It has stronger chemical stability and better solvent release, making it more suitable for scenarios requiring long product storage periods and high stability in subsequent processing.
